Can not recommend to anyone
I had the worst experience ever with J Story Guest House. Everything, I mean everything, was bad! I booked single room for 1 night. When I arrived I got the key, but it was not use for them because my room door was broken and couldn't be locked! So I couldn't leave any of my things there! Bed linen and towels were dirty and black hair were all over the place! Toilet was also broken, there was no water, so it didn't flash. Could you be able to stay there? I was not, so I leaved immediately after I discovered all this staff. And I was charged for my stay!

Good place to stay
Room ok but good value for the money. Room was clean and staff v/friendly & helpful. Also just around corner (10-minute walk) from main train/tube station. NB: Don't take any creams or toothpaste from room when you check out. I took a small half tub of moisturiser thinking the previous occupant had left it only to find same same cream in next hotel.

The room was very nice and the staff welcoming.
The room was just enough for us and a bit more with the Wi-Fi, frig and private bathroom. The staff was very accommodating by allowing my other daughter a mat and pillows. The beds looked a lot more comfortable than they were, however. Felt like sleeping on bricks. I don't know if we were supposed to ask for cleanup because our rooms were never tidied up.

The room we stayed in had 2 bunk beds but the mattresses were like boards of wood with a thin layer of foam. The room was clean but there were tiny cockroaches crawling from the cracks in the ceiling. The toilet lid and seat in the bathroom were completely broken off which made it really hard to go to the toilet. Also there was a big whad of hair in the drain that wasn't ours. The shower and sink tap are connected to the same mixer, so if you forget that the shower is turned on, you will end up with a shower when you just go to wash your hands- a bit of a surprise and a bit annoying to end up soaked with water just washing your hands. The door to the room kept getting stuck when it rained so we were locked inside the room a few times. The breakfast was fine although we were only offered eggs on the first morning and never again, but there was cereal and toast and juice. The manager and the lady who lived on the premises were very friendly and ensured we had a very smooth check in, despite arriving late at night. The location is really great for transport as you are within easy walking distance of Seoul station with lines 1&4 plus the airport line, and there is also another station just up the road which services lines 3&5. The area close to the hostel has a lot of restaurants although they don't fit into the budget category of the hostel, so maybe you'd be better off eating dinner in another part of Seoul. We did enjoy our time in Seoul despite our difficulties with the room.

1) Mattresses are rock hard - my back was aching all day after. 2) Taken a short look at the space between mattress (no bed, just the mattress on the floor) and wall - there were clouds of dust and someone's hair.

8月に3泊4日滞在しました。予約していた部屋のエアコンがつかなくて知らせたら、すぐに確認してくれて違う部屋に案内してくれました！ トイレはペーパー流しちゃうとすぐに詰まってしまうので注意が必要です。 Theゲストハウスって感じで備品はほぼないので、必要な物は持っていく方がいいです。 ドライヤー等は言えば貸し出してくれたんですけど、1つしかないのか(？)他の人が使う時に取りに来ました。 朝食はパンを用意してくれます。バターとジャムもコーヒーもありました。少食なので食べられなかったけど、ラーメンも作ってくれるみたいなのでガッツリ食べる人も良さそうです（笑） とにかく、管理人がすごく親切で、おばあちゃんの家に遊びに来た気分で過ごせました◎ 近くにはソウル駅やらサウナやらコンビニやら…食べ物屋さんもいろいろありました。 建物は古そうで頑張って可愛い部屋に見せかけてる感じがあるけど、立地的にはかなり便利だと思います◎ あと、ペットの犬はお利口で、基本的には犬が苦手だけど大丈夫でした。(犬好きな友達はかなり気に入ってました)

DIY感あふれるゲストハウス。 店主さんは英語が苦手な模様だが、伝えようとする努力と笑顔は素敵。 玄関のロック解除のパスコードは壁に貼ってあるものと異なるので注意が必要。

希望可以加強清潔
民宿地理位置近首爾車站10分鐘內可到，房間清潔度必須加強，床單和廁所似乎都沒有打掃，毛髮灰塵很多……樓下有便利商店很方便。民宿價格很便宜，以背包客單純過夜一晚是可以的。早餐提供簡單吐司，老闆的媽媽很親切，雖然彼此語言不通，但能感受。

女性にはオススメしません
ソウル駅から近く便利です。寝るだけなら良いかと思いますが女性にはオススメ出来ないです。荷物整理してたらドアをガチャガチャっと開けられる音がして怖かったです。こちらからコンコンとしたら慌てて行ったので間違いだとは思いますが女性はちょっと不安かもしれないです。部屋は狭くて古い感じです。シロアムが近かったので部屋のお風呂は使わずシロアムに行きました。おばちゃんはとても良いかたです犬もかわいいです。が…また利用することはありません。

It is near Seoul Station.However it is difficult to find the location.i need to take taxi for 2 minutes to get there.The room is too small and the price of room is too high.The price is not worth the bid. The cleanliness is not good.

已連續兩年帶兩個孩子入住，民宿老闆英文十分流利溝通順暢，離首爾站相當近，老闆的媽媽熱情的煮早餐給我們，以後還會再來^^

예약하고 가지마세요.
예약하고 갔는데 방이 없다고 해서 황당했습니다. 12시 넘어 체크인한다고 남긴 메세지는 무시된듯 전혀 모르고 있었습니다. 환불은 받았지만 그 새벽에 다른 숙소찾아 헤매야 했다는... 외관으로 보아 가격이 저렴한 것도 아니었습니다.

去首爾四次以來最糟的住宿經驗
很糟的住宿經驗，房間像完全沒清潔過，毛巾有異味。浴室也沒洗過，洗澡時還會淹水。早餐只有白土司，其他什麼都沒有，沒有果醬，奶油沒了也完全不補。住了兩天完全沒改善，非常不推薦的飯店。

예약이 중복이 되었다며 근처 모텔을 연결해주심 늦은시간에 도착해 다른곳으로 갈 시간도 없어 어쩔수 없이 이용했는데 매우 당황했음 심지어 모텔비가 예약한 곳 보다 좀 더 저렴했음 공동시설만 볼 수 있었는데 집기류와 아침식사로 제공되는 음식들이 놓여있는 공간이 청결해 보이지 않았음 위치를 제외하면 다시 이용하고 싶지 않은 곳임

朝はパンとコーヒーだけ。 かなりパサパサです。 バスタオルはないので、いちおう日本から持参しました。 フェイスタオルの交換や掃除はないので、自分でフロアの棚から持ってきて、自分で掃除しました。 なれてしまえばなんとかなるかな！ ロワジールホテル明洞に宿泊前の３日だけだったので… アジュンマとワンコが最高♪

매우 엉망인 숙소
매우 비추합니다. 갔더니 공사중이라고 앞에있는 '광덕장'여관으로 안내해주셨는데, 70년대 허름한 여관방이었습니다. 화장실에 세면대도 없었고 침대에 남의 머리카락 천지였고 방에서 커다란 돈벌레가 나와서 기절할 뻔했습니다. 다시는 가지 않을거에요.

寝るだけのホテル
チェックインが夕方6:00くらいになったのですが到着時誰もいなくてチャイムを鳴らしても誰も出て来ず20分くらい外で待たされ電話しようとしましたが番号を調べてる間にようやくバイクで受付の人が戻ってきました。テイクアウトで何か食事買われたみたいです。ソーリーという感じで軽くあしらわれ、悪びれる様子もなくチェックインをすまされお部屋まで荷物を運んでくれましたが鍵の開け方などはこちらが聞かないと教えてくれませんでした。早く外出したかったので時間がもったいなかったです。部屋は窓が開いていて蚊がいました。シャンプーリンスありましたぎ使いませんでした。歯磨き粉の使いかけがありましたがもちろんこちらも使いません。飲食店が多くコンビニが近いのはありがたいですがベッドは大きめでした。こちらを選ぶメリットとしては安い、テレビがある、立地、 ベッドがわりとおおきまか

무엇보다 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 서울역에서 천천히 걸어도 5분이내이며 서울역 외에 다른 2호선 역도 가까워 이대앞 및 명동에가기 편했으며 근처에 편의점이 있어 밤늦게에도 야식거리를 사기 편했습니다. 주인아주머니께서도 친절하셨고 저는 1인실을 사용하였는데 37도를 찍은 폭염속에서도 에어컨도 잘나오고 냄새같은것도 안나서 좋았습니다. 이제까지 간곳에 옷걸이가 잘 없어서 캐리어안에 싸갔는데 옷걸이도 두어개 있어서 안구겨지게 옷을 둘수있어서 좋았네요. 이번엔 비지니스 관계로 온게 아니라서 별로 쓸일은 없었지만요.. 다음에 서울쪽에 올 일이 있으면 여기서 또 머무려고 합니다. 다시 한번 강조하지만 위치가 정말 좋아서 너무 좋았습니다. 시설도 최상급은 아니지만, 가격에 비하면 괜찮았습니다. 이런곳 가는데 시설이 최상급 바라면 안돼죠 ㅎㅎ

ソウル駅からは近いです！！
部屋のトイレの臭いがきつく、部屋の中も臭かったです。1階のトイレは平気だったので部屋によるのかもしれません。 朝食を食べに行ったら食パンの耳しかありませんでした。近くにスタッフもいなかったので残念でした。

Уютненько, по домашнему. Даже как-то чересчур по домашнему. Завтрак – кофе и хлеб. Вай-фай – мертвый. Номер для одного заказал, дали номер с кроватью двухъярусной. Какое-то двоякое впечатление от этой гостиницы. Типа что хотел за такие деньги (;

シングルルームに泊まりました
チェックイン時間前の12時にドアフォンを鳴らしましたが、おばさんが出てきて、入れて頂きました。 その際、チェックインを英語でお願いしましたが、おばさんには通じませんでした。 予約確認書をプリントアウトしたものを渡すと、チェックインは完了しました。 場所はシロアムサウナを目指して下さい。シロアムサウナの一筋左隣にあります。（黄色の看板カタカナ表記あり） 泊まった日の最低気温は-13.5度でした。窓からの冷気で震え上がりました。 部屋のオンドルは効いていましたが、部屋にあるエアコンは動きませんでした。（暖房用ではない？） ベッドが傾いていて寝心地はあまりよくはありませんでした。 部屋、部屋付のトイレには、ゴミ箱がなかったのですが、チェックイン時間前に入ったせいかもしれません・・・ 自分で用意したビニール袋にゴミはまとめました。

靠近首爾站！樂天超市5分鐘內到達。方便搭乘1，4號線及機場鐵路。雖然沒有電梯但職員幫忙帶行李到房間。nice的員工，會英語！

値段の割にかなり快適
シロアムサウナの隣にあり、ソウル駅から近く、寝るだけなら十分な宿です。 私たちが宿泊したのは木曜ですが、２時ごろに奇声を上げながら帰ってくる宿泊客あり困惑しました。 どんなお客が泊まられるかは運ですね。 バスの兼ね合いもありこの宿にし、０時前のチェックインで７時半までの滞在でしたが、 朝食はたまごまで焼いてもらい急いでいたので助かりました。 お宿近くのオーマイチキンはお店の方も感じよくおいしかったです。

ソウル駅に近く、歩いて2分に大きなサウナ、目の前に日本語の話せる親切なマスターのいる韓国料理の店があって周辺環境に不自由はなかった。オーナーは日本語は無理だけど英語話は話せる。部屋はそれほど綺麗ではないけど、オンドルも入ってるので冬でも暖かく、寝るだけなら問題ない。

値段相応、チムジルバンのすぐ隣り
とてもカジュアルで、スタッフはフレンドリー。フリーwifiはサクサクうごくので問題なし。 駅裏で夜は浮浪者が寝ているところもあるので、夜遅くに女性一人で出歩くのは避けた方がよさそう。 チムジルバンが隣りにあるほか、向かいにも２か所あるので、チムジルバンでゆっくりしたい人にお勧めです。 近くにレストランやコンビニはたくさんあります。ロッテマートもすぐ近くで便利です。

완전 굿!
서울역 서부역 쪽에 위치해있는데 겉으로는 아주 좋아보이지 않을 수 있지만 내부는 오히려 너무 안락하고 좋아요. 운영하시는 사장님도 친절하시고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와요! 티비도 완전 깨끗한 벽걸이에요! 다음에 또 가고 싶습니다

オーナーは英語が堪能でコミュニケーションには問題ありません。 チェックイン後特に何の説明もなく部屋に案内されました。 デラックスシングルで予約していましたが、部屋は2段ベットの部屋でした。以前違うところに泊まっても同じようなことがあったのでシングルには違いないという韓国的な考え方だと思います。部屋にドライヤーがなかったので言ったら貸してくれました。テレビはありましたが、何故か映らなくて部屋には寝るだけに帰ったので特にオーナーに見てもらうこともしませんでした。冷蔵庫は部屋にはなかったのですが、２階に共同？の冷蔵庫を見つけたのでそこを使ったり、掃除がなかったので廊下の棚の上に置いてあるタオルを勝手に持って行ったりしました（笑）朝食の説明や、夜何時までドアが開いているかも説明がなかったので、気になることは何でも自分から聞いた方がよいと思います。感じのよい方でした。夜は２時に閉めるとのことでした。それまでには帰るので、特にドアの暗証番号を聞くこともありませんでしたが遅くなる人は聞いた方がよいと思います。ホテルの朝食を摂ることがなかったのでダイニングがあるのかは分かりませんでした。壁が薄いので隣の人のシャワーの音など聞こえていました。帰国便が早朝で、ソウル駅から始発の仁川空港行きに乗りたかった為こちらを予約しました。空港鉄道側の出口15番出口には10分ぐらいでした。始発が5：20で、15番出口や空港鉄道に入る入り口が5時に開きます。5時前に着いたら閉まっていたので焦ったのですがキャリーケース持った人が沢山待っていたので待っていたら5時に空きました。 ホテルのすぐ横がシロアムサウナがあり、目の前にコンビニ、周りは食堂があったり、ソウル駅のロッテマートで買い物できたりと立地は良いと思います。 地下鉄に乗ろうと思うと意外に遠いので私はホテル近くのバス停から一つ向こうのソウル駅バスセンター？で降りて地下鉄に乗っていました。Tmoney使用でで30分以内に乗り換えるとバス料金は無料になります。 部屋にトイレ、シャワーがあり個室で利便性を考えると一泊2600円ぐらいで泊まれたのでコスパはよいと思います。
