Our hotel can check-in from 3 p.m., and it is regrettable that you were not satisfied with the part despite repeatedly explaining the policy that an additional fee will be incurred if you check-in in advance. You told us any hotel it doesn't charge early check-in fees, but we've explained over and over again that some hotels charge extra fees depending on hotel policy. Unfortunately you didn't understand that and you asked me to check-in at 12 o'clock continuously. You have been complaining to our staff in an aggressive way, so we specifically approved your 1 o'clock check-in for free this time. We hope our explanation has been delivered to you, thank you again for sharing your experience.
