The staff were just so lovely - the botanical gardens a lovely walk - and great local restaurants within 5 mins walk... and we loved having our water delivered by a robot - very cool.

The best hotel in Seoul
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our staying at this hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the botanic park. The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The room service was just perfect! Also, their breakfast buffet was amazing! There were wide selection of International and Korean flavors.

Not worth the price
Had a bad experience overall. Slight delay checking in because the systems were down which was not really a problem. But accompanied with a loud grinding noise coming from the room upstairs and pretty busy breakfast buffet line just overall made the price not worth this hotel.

Our front desk agent, Hoon had exceptional service! 10/10. He was happy to assist every need we had. Would definitely come back. Hotel is modern, clean and quiet. It is near restaurants and shopping stores. It wont disappoint.

I enjoyed staying at the Marriott Seoul Botanic Park. The facility was very clean and close to restaurants and the subway station. But I was disappointed that I could not get a refund for the two days I could not stay due to problems with my flight. I checked in on the 21st but was charged for all ten days.

Excellent Customer Service! A short weekend getaway with my wife on our wedding anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Courtyard Seoul Marriott Botanic Park. Great location, quiet and clean atmosphere. A special shout out to Nathan who helped our check-in. Absolutely a 10/10 - courteous and professional customer service. He is an exceptional young man, so polished, and such a fantastic ambassador for your hotel. Thank you for your amazing service, Nathan! It's been a while since we've stayed at Marriott and thank you for the fantastic service. Great job to all who made our first stay at this hotel so enjoyable and we hope to see you again real soon!

I really loved it here! I am a Black American woman and even though there were stares, for the most part, I would go here again! The food at this hotel is amazing and the subway is within a short distance. I really enjoyed myself here! Would recommend!

Worst ever service for this level hotel property. Shower booth sink was stinky, water did not drain well, and there is smoking zone under the unit so smoking smell comes up from the air vent and windows so very uncomfortable air on the bed. When I requested to change the room they sent me a robot with a key in it so I had to dragged 5 languages to another room by myself. They didn't even ask me if I needed a help - the robot didn't help me either. Probably they didn't care at all. I had to purchase an umbrella while I was expecting to borrow one from the front desk. In addition to above bad experience and other troubles for this stay, I will define this hotel in my trip journal as a 'pretty hotel but never expect good experience'

We enjoyed very much staying at Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Botanic Park. The only minor negative draw back was the music in the lobby and the elevator. Their choice of music selection was pretty unbearable.
