This property, I believe, is more akin to what Koreans refer to as motel, rather than hotel. Fairly overpriced for what it offers: small room, poor amenities, and terrible wifi connections. The only thing that is commendable about this motel is the staff is kind and attentive to your requests, although for the most time they were beyond their capacity or control.

Short stay
It is quite far from the metro station. the facilities are outdated but staff are ice with limited English . I chose this place because I needed to be near Hongik University.

This "hotel" is not at all appropriate for non-smokers. Non-smokers beware! You cannot be refunded if you book a room here even if you cannot sleep because the beds are uncomfortable and the air is toxic. The only "help" offered was to spray the room, which, you might also agree, is unacceptable if you booked a room that should have been non-smoking to start with! It would be best to pay a bit more for a proper hotel. In my case, I cut my losses and shifted to Hotel the Designer down the street for a more comfortable stay.

I booked for pay at hotel option but when I arrived the hotel staff already charged it in my credit card. also booked with non smoking room but saw table with cigarette burn. room is dusty. although the bathroom is newly renovated.

Flower hotel
The hotel looked OK from the outside and the reception area was quite presentable. Going up to the room things were not so good. Carpets in the corridors looked very dirty and the rooms were quite small. The beds and pillows were quite hard. The bedding and towels looked like they could do with replacing. Getting to the hotel from the station took about 10 minutes, it gets a bit tedious after you've made the journey a few times! The local area is quite busy and grubby, although I didn't feel unsafe. But then I guess it was cheap....

They should make an effort to replace toiletries daily as there were 3 of us, the usage is really fast. For a budget hotel and the price I paid for, I cannot complain much. You pay for what you get. One of us wanted to upgrade but as a budget hotel, you cannot really expect much from an upgrade and it will be a waste of money to upgrade as well.

#1 Staff was excellent. My flight arrived early morning. Check in was not until 2 pm. They were able to get a room ready by 10:30 am. However, everything went kind of downhill from there. The room was small with no closet, but clean. There was a hole/crack on the ceiling. And literally the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. No cushion. You can likely feel the springs against your ribs. A/C was cold. Lastly, the distance from Cheongnyangni Station to the hotel is a bit of a walk. Especially when it's HOT! Also, this far from all the tourist areas.

Since I rent a room in Seoul Station from other booking system, the room is extremely unacceptable, dirty and few insect walk on the floor. I cannot sleep., so I booked this accommodation, i. e. flower hotel in that morning. The room of flower hotel is great, the space is big enough, facilities is perfect, bed is comfortable. Location is good, go to subway only 10 minutes, also near Kyung Hee University， by walk only 20 minutes .

Clean, close to train/subway
Nothing fancy here, but it was clean. About a 10 minute quick walk to subway/train. Beds were hard, but I didn't have an issue. Front desk staff was very pleasant and everyone we encountered spoke very good English. We didn't hang out in the room, but it was great for sleeping. There are several coffee shops and a 7 eleven close by.

Clean hotel near subway
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel because it was clean and affordable. It's an easy 10-15min walk to a subway station that takes you to Dongdaemun or Seoul Station.

It was not possible to close the windows completely, so the nights were a bit more noisy than they needed to be. They were very quick at fixing up the room while we were out for breakfast, though they didn't supply new towels, I guess they forgot. We just grabbed some from the cabinet across the hall. The beds were fine and the neighbourhood was nice. About 10 minute walk from the subway to the hotel.

nice hotel but the hardest beds ever
had to wait a little while to check in as the front desk person was gone. the most memorable thing about the room was that the bed was the hardest I have ever slept in and had a backache after sleeping in it. even sitting on it was difficult. we did have a 3rd person with a twin bed which was not hard.
