The hotel was in a very convenient location from the nearest metro station. There was a decent amount of food options right outside of the hotel, and it was nearby to several shopping districts as well. The hotel staff was friendly, efficient, and very accommodating to our requests. They even tried to help us order food delivery! The hotel room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Lovely hotel tucked away in it's own cool little corner of Seoul with a selection of resturants at it's base and corner shop; and an entrance to the City Hall train station behind it. Appeared clean and well maintained. We were three people using a room with three single beds and it suited our needs perfectly.

We complained deeply about construction noise to the Seoul Metropolitan Government and construction officials.As a result, they are limiting all construction work to daytime hours, to minimize any disturbance. Most all of construction activity has been confined to daytime hours on regular workdays, with no major work on weekends. We are truly sorry for any noise that may have disturbed you over the morning, and will speak to them to ensure that such a situation does not happen within the remaining period of renovation. Well maintained and clean hotel c.a. 10 mins walk away from Seoul station. We're allowed to check-in early and staff was generally quite attentive during our stay. The area where the hotel is located a bit bland in terms of restaurants and entertainment options, but given the proximity to public transport, we didn't mind it.

I’ve stayed with ENA both times I’ve visited SK and I would most likely stay with ENA again whenever I’m back. The rooms are clean, the staff are super nice and helpful. It’s in a very central area so I can always go get what I need quickly. There’s plenty of food and shops nearby. There’s a bus stop and subway station within a couple minute walking distance. Hands down a great place to stay.

Overall room was decently comfortable. Mattress was nice and firm and the blanket was very cozy. The pillows were too mushy and even using two was not enough. Room was clean but didn’t prefer the layout. Toilet was too open and very noisy when used at night. Air conditioning was very strong but something rattled through the night. Location very close to good food and transit options

Expedia VIP Access perk was limited to weekdays limiting utility. Location was very convenient for transit. Encountered difficulty in every case of trying to direct taxi drivers to the hotel and during my 2 stays, road access was limited by construction. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would return.

No frills hotel with very thin walls. You can hear people talking and door slamming all the time at any time of the day. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer at the basement. The staff speak very good English and have no problem understanding requests and questions. Very prompt and helpful service. Will stay again because of the exceptional level of service provided.

Very clean hotel, and very friendly and accommodating staff. Fantastic location for getting anywhere across the city. Mini fridge in room made it easy to grab snacks and drinks from convenience stores for when needed. Divisor between bathroom and bedroom not the best, and entertainment options not great for English speakers.

Great location in the heart of Seoul. Public transportation nearby gives you access throughout the city. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Family friendly, central location I booked for 3 ppl and there’s enough room for all our luggages. I like the hallway in the room coz it gave us more space. The shower door seems not to stop the water from overflowing to the main bathroom so we used a towel to prevent from flooding. They have laundry which was helpful coz we stayed here towards the end of our trip. There’s a gym and pool but we didn’t use these facilities. The restaurant is not open on weekends. And weekdays it’s only open from 7a-8a for breakfast. The hotel is off the main road so might be harder to locate. It’s a 3 minute walk to the bus stop, city hall subway station is 2 blocks away. There’s Starbucks on the back of hotel that opens at 8am. It’s a 20-25 min walk from the street market/main downtown, 5 mins to Uber which cost 6,000 Won. There’s a restaurant next to it that serves Korean bbq but we didn’t try it. Staf are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was as clean as is physically possible. The most important part of the hotel experience was the people who worked there. They were always helpful, friendly and professional.

What a FANTASTIC hotel, huge, comfortable rooms, great beds, kind staff. It’s less than five minutes to the 1 and 2 subway lines, and a quick walk to Namdaemun Market. The place gets quiet on the weekend and some of the nearby shops close because it’s the financial district, but it’s so easy to get to and from the airport. Front staff was so helpful, called a van taxi for us because we were a family with a lot of luggage. Amazing value for the money. I’ll definitely come back here. Only small complaint was there are only 2 elevators for 23 floors, so sometimes getting to it from the room to the lobby could take longer than expected. The rainfall showerhead was so nice! Honestly I looked forward to going back to the hotel every time we went on an outing. Completely recommend!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Very convenient and safe location. Easy access to key areas of Seoul. Deluxe room is spacious with surprisingly large bathroom with tub and separate shower. Would stay here again. Popular with visitors.
