"Staff was very friendly here. They greeted us with every entry/exit, provided amazing recommendations to go visit/enjoy. Never ran into any issue and they were just extremely helpful. Location was right off the beach and great, just wish there were more breakfast locations near the hotel."

"- Great location - Club Lounge staff amazing. - 30,000krw for 2 hours to use a Cabana by the pool is ridiculous, across 10 days we did not see a single person use them. - Closing the pool for 1 hr at Midday and 10 minutes every hr on the hr is odd. - The 3 outdoor pools/spas were out of action for ..."
