"Very basic hotel but the carpet was so nasty. Instantly turned out feet black. Had to keep shoes or socks on while walking around our room. And our bathtub steady leaked a stream we had to keep the bathroom door shut to drown the noise "

"Avalon Inn is perfect if all you're needing is a clean place to sleep. It's not the prettiest place. A little rough around the edges. But the bed is comfy and clean and the rooms are cheaper than anything else in the area. "

"Room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, no bugs, loved the continental breakfast, staff was very friendly, extra shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap, and lotion was nice, and just down the street from Cedar Point. Will stay here again."
