We had to find a room, which was hard on a Friday afternoon. Also, we were worried that we would be charged for three nights in a place that was not open. The mail box was over flowing with mail, there was Xmas decorations still out. We are not happy at all."

"The Hotel is quite beautiful and is such a treat to stay over for a day. Absolutely lovely bed and glamorous walk in shower. Its my second stay and will not be my last."

"The staff was being trained, but everything took forever if someone was even there. Several times no one was even at the front desk. One of the ladies being trained had her own animal there and would stand and smoke right outside the door, it was not comfortable to even exit that door between the smoke and her dog. It was not very clean with trash overflowing and cigarette butts everywhere."
