"Natascha was an excellent hostess and gave us vouchers for breakfast and a trip to Relax Termalitas, which was a fun hot springs park. The cabanas have a good AC which keeps it nice and cool. Natascha was extremely helpful and responsive over WhatsApp. I highly recommend this property. "

"The resort is in a great location. The rooms face the Arenal Volcano, and the views are incredible! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food at the poolside restaurant is absolutely delicious!"
