Good location

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good. In between 10 Minutes to Sendai station on foot. But the bath and toilet accessories is a bit old. And they provide a fresh ground coffee all day.

観光で利用しました バスルームはカビだらけで前の方の髪の毛が壁についてたり、机の上もきちんと拭いてないのか缶か瓶の後がついておりベタベタしてました。 あと、ベッドの上が窓になっており隣りのビルの換気扇から油の匂いが入ってきて部屋の中が油匂って最悪でした 壁も凄く薄いので隣りの部屋の話し声もしっかり聞こえるしあまりゆっくり出来ませんでした

仙台駅からすぐという立地を考慮すると、 非常に安いと思います。 設備は必要最低限といった感じで、 価格相応です。 ベッドの下にペットボトルのゴミが 残っていましたが、目に見える範囲は ちゃんと清掃されているように感じました。 室内お風呂は、バスとトイレがセットの ユニットバスで、温度調整は熱湯の蛇口と 冷水の蛇口を両方ともひねる形で行います。 ここは、私は値段相応と感じましたが、 人によっては不便に感じるかもしれません。 歩いて5分のところにドン・キホーテが あるため、何かと便利です。 総合的にみて、私は満足しています。
