Don’t stay here - nothing is good
Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here

good location but overpriced
hotel is getting dated, and there are 2 different hotels in one, which are treated differently, and though the food was ok, the service and service costs were quite different. The first hotel room smelled badly, the second was not really heatable, they charged a mandatory extra charge for animation (5€/day/person), and when my 15year old daughter tried to join an offered hike, the guide just left her standing there, as she didn't speak italian. so the hotel was really overpriced for the offfers

Good clean ski hotel.
Very good location right next to all the ski lifts. Hotel room was very clean and a very good size. Food was buffet only so good if you want a huge portion but not really highest quality (fine for the price though so no complaints).

Very beautiful area, but the cleanliness was awful. The staff was very oblivious. For example, I went to checkout and I stood at the counter for 37 min. There was one person in front of me one lady was helping, but two other ladies behind the desk who kept looking at me like I was bothering them. The checkout process took another 20 min for some reason. We checked out a day earlier and stayed somewhere else. The buffet was OK, but they tried to charge me for an extra adult when I was clearly the only adult at the table. Just not a great experience. Seems like they get all their money in winter time due to a fantastic location, but could use some hospitality in summer months and maybe some front desk personnel that pay attention.

Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We’re sorry you weren’t satisfied with your stay, nevertheless we may be able to reply to your concerns. Cleanings are done daily and very scrupulously both in the rooms and in the communal areas. However, if asked, we’re always glad to provide an extra cleaning. We’re surprise about your comment regarding our staff, because they are always very attentive and polite. Maybe you should have asked the information you needed to the reception straight away. It seems very unlikely you waited that long. Rates for rooms and the board basis are widely available on our website and on all the portals. We can’t understand why you were surprised. We’re glad, anyway, you appreciated the restaurant service, wisely managed by our chef and our Food & Beverage office. Hoping to see you again at Blu Hotels Senales or in one another of our over 30 properties all over Italy. Best regards.

Our checkin was very poor, information about hotel Aminities was very confusing, hotel was split in two different names we were told that we couldn’t use certain thing as we were in part of the split hotel while wasn’t included in the description on booking etc

A living museum
This isn't a bad hotel - the room we were given was massive (more like an apartment) and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. The thing is... it's like the 21st century never came this far up the hill. The decor is ancient, albeit high quality (the bathroom having lasted incredibly well for what I expect is 25+ years service - yellow countertop and brown tiles everywhere). We weren't keen on the rusty brown water that came out of every tap (a by-product of staying out of season, I expect), or having to pay for WiFi (HELLO 21ST CENTURY!), or the cruise-liner-style breakfast room complete with maitre d' in white tuxedo. If you're interested in history, it's worth staying just to venture into a bygone era, where life was simpler, and, apparently, way more weird.

Die Zimmer im Bereich Cristal sind, wie der gesamte Komplex, in die Jahre gekommen, aber in guten Zustand. Einzig die Bäder wurden renoviert. Alles ist extrem hellhörig, so dass man problemlos das Gespräch der Nachbarn mithören kann, wenn diese sich ganz normal unterhalten. Ab ca. 7 Uhr ist daher die Nacht vorbei, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat. Das Schwimmbad (für das man zwingend eine Badekappe benötigt) und der Spa-Bereich sind empfehlenswert. Ganz anders die Verpflegung. Diese ist der Hauptgrund, warum wir kein zweites Mal in diese Unterkunft fahren werden. Weder Frühstück noch Abendessen sind genießbar. Wenn man auf die Halbpension verzichtet, kann man es in dem Hotel aushalten.

Hårda sängar och en lite hård kudde. Gammalt och skabbigt rum men toaletten var fin. Direkt när vi klev in i rummet luktade illa och det slog dörren när någon annan stängde sitt rum och det var väldigt lyhört. God buffé var det.

Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Ständig ist man durch laut zufallende Türen wach geworden. Die Qualität des Essens beim Frühstück und Abendbrot entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Das warme Essen abends war überwiegend kalt. Um 07:40 Uhr war beim Frühstück die Butter leer. Als Ausweichmöglichkeit wurde einem Schmelzkäse angeboten. Ein Superior Zimmer hat sich bei uns nicht gelohnt, da war schlussendlich auf eine hässliche Hauswand geguckt haben.

Nel complesso la struttura è una valida soluzione per chi si stanca durante la giornata, per esempio noi escursionisti,( soggiorno estivo). Camere spaziose e pulite. La spa è un comodo e utile servizio , colazione e cena con ampia scelta a buffet. La sera il cantante è l'unico intrattenimento. Fuori dall'hotel si può ammirare il cielo stellato lontano dall'inquinamento luminoso di città.

Das Hotel ist kompett renovierungsbedürftig. Die Räumlichkeiten erinnern mehr an eine Jugendherberge als an ein Hotel. Die Sterne sind auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt. Die Garagen sind für heutige Fahrzeuge viel zu klein. Das Essen ist Kantinenmässig. Die Zimmer ungepflegt, Farbe plättert ab Türen lassen sich nicht schliessen, Fensterlaufen an. Die Aufzüge sind nicht vertrauenswürdig. Personal spricht überhaupt kein Deutsch. Nie mals ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Godt til prisen.
Godt hotel til prisen. Det er lidt slidt, men der er det der skal være og pænt og rent. God buffet morgen og aften, hvor også børnene kunne blive mætte. Dejlig stor pool. Rigtig god beliggenhed for vandreture. Tæt på lift til Ötzi peak der er et besøg værd.

Hotel Cristal Val Senales
Hotel odpovídající třem hvězdičkám, velmi vstřícný personál, výborné jídlo na snídani a i večeři v neomezeném množství. Hotel je velmi rozsáhlý, zpočátku je pro návštěvníka bludištěm, doporučil bych lépe značit cestu k číslovaným pokojům. Na hotelu velmi teplo, čisto.

Siamo desolati nel leggere che vi siano stati dei disservizi; in merito alla televisione, stiamo provvedendo a risolvere la problematica. Das Abendessen am Bufett war nur lauwarm Geschmack war man konnte es Essen, Frühstück war OK, Fernseh auf Zimmer war unmöglich , das Kabel wurde wohl bei Straßenarbeiten vorm Hotel getrennt wurden, Der Spa bereich und Schwimmbad konnten nur zu bestimmten Zeiten besucht werden und war auch nur bis 19.30 offen !! Ich hatte mehr erwartet von so einem Haus in der Klasse!!

Per chi ama camminare e rilassarsi
Camere un po’ datate, colazione e cena a buffet varia e abbondante. Utilizzo della piscina praticamente impossibile causa restrizioni COVID. Buona la SPA e Wellness. Ideale per chi vuole fare sentieri di montagna e riposare. Poco da vedere in loco, necessario usare l’auto per visitare i dintorni.

Sehr gute Lage zum Skilift. Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer die wir hatten waren groß und geräumig. Das Haus muss aber dringend saniert werden besonders die Bäder. Die Musik in der Bar ist leider in vielen Zimmern zu hören und viel zu laut (wird aber um ca. 23 Uhr ausgeschaltet). Auch gibt es im Haus (wir haben jedenfalls keinen vernünftigen gefunden) keinen Bereich wo man sich Abends gemütlich zusammensetzen kann (Bar!?). Anscheinen arbeiten keine Südtiroler im Haus, das wirkt in Südtirol etwas komisch! Essen allgemein ok aber nichts besonderes erwarten.

Se vuoi sciare ideale come posizione. Spa basica ma per fare una sauna e bagno turco va bene, piscina grande. La struttura è datata ma le camere sono ok e spaziose. Sembra di essere in un labirinto...trovare i posti all'inizio è un po' complicato.

posto incantevole, vista eccezionale, spa egregia.
pecca di comunicazione, il personale sembra un po' demotivato, servizi accessori (ristorante, spa, piscina) ben adeguati, si mangia ottimamente. nello zirm la bacheca delle attività settimanali è posta dietro una colonna nella hall, nelle immediate adiacenze del bagno. l'ho scoperta il giorno prima di andare via perche' a mio figlio scappava la pipi' e non mi andava di andare in camera. servizio animazione inesistente.

Tygodniowy pobyt na nartach
Ogromnym plusem hotelu jest jego lokalizacja. Jest około 200 metrów od stacji gondoli na lodowiec, jeśli jest śnieg (a podczas naszego pobytu był) można zjechać z hotelu na nartach. Hotel poza lokalizacją ma kilka plusów, np. duże i przestronne pokoje oraz niezłą infrastrukturę. W zakresie minusów, hotel ma chyba ze 30 lat i widać to po wyposażeniu pokoju a przede wszystkim łazienki. Jest w miarę czysto ale wyposażenie jest bardzo stare, choć łóżka są bardzo wygodne. Śniadania i obiadokolacje są akceptowalne ale nie jest to nic szczególnego, standard posiłków oceniam jako przeciętny. Basen jest duży ale dziwne zasady dotyczące obowiązku noszenia czepków są w dzisiejszych czasach niezrozumiałe. Jest to basen pływacki więc temperatura wody jest do pływania a nie zabawy z dziećmi, woda jest po prostu zimna. Z sauny można skorzystać ale trzeba się zapisać na godzinę, z tym też spotykam się pierwszy raz... Aby skorzystać z basenu i innych "animacji" należy dopłacić 10 EUR od osoby za dzień, o tym poinformowano nas przy meldunku w hotelu, niby nic ale ponad 100 EUR trzeba doliczyć do pobytu. Nie korzystasz z animacji i basenu ale dopłacić musisz. Wifi niezbyt szybkie ale jest stabilne i darmowe :) Mimo wszystko lokalizacja i inne plusy powodują, że minusy nie są tak rażące i pewnie wrócimy tu ponownie.
