Everything was great about the villa and staff. the only issue's was building going on next door, the pool wasn't as private but only throughout the day and only (temporarily). The walk back to the villa at night was a bit dark in parts along the way with speed humps as a trip hazard, my suggestion would be to use your phone light as I tripped and broke two fingers. Otherwise highly recommended.

The villa is very modern and clean . We would highly recommend the sister suits to all . Please note that the villa has no car access So need to walk in the lane to get to the villa.

The property is stunning the problem is the nosie leave around the none stop scooter noise from from food pick up is from 5am to 11pm at night .then the building /construction is none stop they work 7 days a week.the biggest problem we found was that no car could fit down the laneway to the propertythis mean you need to take all your baggage over 300 mts to the front door ,not eazy on the pavers.then there is the rooster farm next door ,and the large amount of wild bogs you are walking past in the middle of the night coming home after drinks makes you feel very unsafe. There is a lot better safer places to stay in Seminyak
