The villa is at a strategic location easy to excess with many convenient facilities near by K circle 5 mins walk . Laundromat just outside the entrance. And a driver on stand by for commuting to near by seminyak location

The property is rlly nice..but the facilities were not so good...the breakfast was absolutely minimal in qty..you can just order one dish for breakfast..no fruits/no cereals.. They did not even provided basic facilities such as hand towel, moisturiser and lot more.. Villa is good but we even had a problem wjth aircon..1st 2 days it did not cool and we had to have a fan as all the villas were booked..on the 3rd night, the ac stopped cooling and we had to shift at mid night to the other vacant villa..i had a two year old with us and had a hard time

This place was magical and the photos don’t do it justice. The pool was huge. Attention to detail with decor. Friendly staff and they brought breakfast to our outdoor setting and we enjoyed breakfast by our private pool. We ate at gastro pub a few minutes walk away and that was a winner.

Staff was excellent… if there was a problem, they took immediate action. Hot water was an issue a few times but they took care of it. The floors and especially pool tiles were extremely slippery and had to be navigated with caution. Overall it was a very good two week stay and I would recommend it to others!

Great layout of villa. Quiet. Staff unobtrusive but attentive if you needed them. Pool was a beautiful temperature. Laundry service was pretty terrible, clothes came back with stains all still there...had been washed but not washed very well at all. Suggest Kiss Villas use another laundry service.

Fantástica, un mini apartamento espectacular .

Estuvimos nuestro último día de viaje y fue un gran acierto terminar aquí, muy tranquilo , la cama enorme y cómoda , la piscina privada muy limpia y el personal muy atento y amable, el desayuno te lo traen a la hora que les digas, el día anterior tienes que pedir lo que quieres. Tienen un servicio gratuito que te llevan donde digas dentro de la ciudad, después ya vuelves por tu cuenta. Por poner un pero, decir que yo entendí que el traslado al aeropuerto era gratuito y no es así, y al preguntar cuánto cobraban me dijeron justo el doble que cualquier taxi de fuera que cobran ( entre 100000 y 150000 rupias) y la WiFi no va muy bien.

広くて良かったが、お湯が容量があるのか、お風呂に入ろうと湯を貯めると途中で水になり、熱い風呂には入れなかった。トイレが外側に一つしかないのと、ジャグジーも温まるまで1時間以上かかり、それほど温かくもならない。最後にチェックアウトのタイミングでタクシーがくるように、前日から依頼したが、来ず、飛行機に乗り遅れそうになった。雰囲気やその他の対応は良かったが、設備面は見直したほうがよいかも

Great luxury villa. Would stay again.

Great staff, very helpful. The courtesy shuttle bus service into Seminyak centre and to the Airport was a nice touch. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well set out. The breakfast was outstanding and served to your room for what ever time you chose the night before.

The villa was beautiful and had the nicest private pool. Food was delicious with the loveliest selection for breakfast which was all inclusive and delivered to your villa at a time to suit. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The only downside was the location we had to get the courtesy bus to the shopping and restaurant area, but at least they provided transport.

4 Stars Accommodation

We were lucky to have two brdrm with two of us. Pool is 25m in length. We had a good swim. A spa to accomplish with the swim. Excellent idea ! We can simply indoor. The only clinch are - location, bathroom/toilet is outdoor (mossies :(, No TV in bedroom. There is only one TV which is at the lounge with poor reception. When evening comes, I read book in bed to avoid mossies while partner watch TV to endure with mossies. W felt we were separated and very much isolated. The distant between bedroom and lounge was a pool in between us. There is no direct path from bedroom to the lounge. Have to walk thru the side paveway. Breakfast - I am not a brekky person but ordered an omelette and a cereal for the last day to last me for the whole day. Didn;t realise that there was an additional cost. Those normal days we stayed, I didn't have brekky but coffee. Pickup from Expedia. Three times we paid transport thru expedia. Three experiences, we were not picked up. Don't trust the expedia for transportation. Grab taxi when arrived, it is more secure.

3박예약했다가 1박만하고 숙소옮겼습니다.룸에어콘 물흐르고 화장실에 벌레 득실득실 발리 7번째방문인데 스마트빌라,센토사등 스미냑에서만 머물렀었는데 서비스는 최곤데 청결도는 최악.

Stayed at the 2 bedrooms villa (villa seindah 1). No complaints on the cleanliness of the villa. Overall service was good.housekeeping done twice daily. But villa slowly showing sign of ageing.will definitely return.
