"Clean, well equipped, clearly explained key access. But very bad sound insulation. I could hear the person in the room breathe (not even snore!) as if they were in my room. From the room above, you could also hear every single footstep very loudly. Bring ear plugs!"

"It has the sleeping in your mom's basement vibe.
Location is excellent with stores, restaurants, pubs and University energy. Easy and safe walk to train stations and bus stops. Easy for ride shares to locate you.
Staff is offsite but very responsive; they fixed issues within a day. I think they were the most attentive of any of my UK stays. Their help is greatly appreciated.
Roomy is cozy.
Felt safe even returning to location at midnight.

"We loved our stay at Hampton Manor. The rooms were so comfortable and the hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The most memorable part were the staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. They had thought through all the details that make things extra special. We also asked for recommendations in Birmingham and Beth was incredibly helpful and we loved her lunch suggestion. We would love to return some day! Thank you Hampton Manor."
