" The hotel is excellent, and well located the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, and we always had hot water. We enjoyed using the pool, although the jacuzzi was only lukewarm, which made it difficult to use in the cold weather, so we only went once. The breakfast offers a great variety of options. One improvement would be more transparency during check-in, as paying at the end was a bit confusing for us. Overall, our stay was very pleasant."

"The rooms were really spacious and had plenty of space for our family of three. The location was brilliant as jsut under a 10mins walk to a shopping mall that had a large supermarket and ice rink to entertain the kids. It was only a 15-20mins walk to the Christmas markets and 10mins walk to the train station so we felt central to all the sights and amenities without the hustle and bustle of being in Innsbruck old town. Breakfast was basic but set up us for the whole morning/early afternoon....

"The hotel is in the centre of the old town. Was ideal for access to all the Christmas markets. As well as lots of shops and many places to eat and drink. Access to public transport was easy with bus stops and taxi rank all in a short distance. The hotel was lovely, we stayed in a large room right at the top which had views of the mountains. "I’m always happy with my stays in any Hilton hotels, same goes to this one too! However, we encounter only 1 problem, both of the rooms we booked and stayed have air-cond issues, we felt too warm in the room while sleeping so we didn’t get good night sleep that night. "
