"Excellent thank you"

"il s’agit de chambres de maison de retraite qui n'ont pas trouvé preneur. Odeur de maison de retraite...beurk Accès pas facile à trouver et stationnement au petit bonheur la chance. La cerise sur le gâteau : face à des voies ferrés. Mal isolée car réveillé par les 1ers trains"

"All great amenities and all staff were polite and very helpful! I would definitely stay here again."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious."

"Very good value for money. We came with family of 5. Car parking is very affordable and safe. Breakfast is very suitable for families. Room was a bit warm, but you could open a window. In 30 mins you can reach centre using metro 7 station (almost) nextdoor."

"Excellent hotel and expérience. Would star here a gain 100%."

"Clean room, good service, staff"

"The location was perfect and I loved hearing the church bells on the hour. Staff was excellent"

"The place is really good, the area is not that bad, the only inconvenient is that is reasonable far from paris. The good thing: you can walk about 10mins to the metro station. There's laundry, market, bakery, restaurant and a bar close by. Over all I recommend city residence for a placid staying."

"clean and spacious room. Happy."

"The hotel was new but still had construction work going on outside, so every morning we were awoken by drilling right outside our window on the 4th floor. We were locked out of the main entrance twice and it was normal hours. One time they left a number to call (not paying for having to use my phone). Luckily there was another guest that opened from inside. The other time a security guard was in there. Then we needed toilet paper but no one was working. They asked if we wanted our room cleaned...

"Great hotel for solo travelers or a couple. Room comes equipped with stove , microwave and fridge. Lots of restaurants and bakeries in the area."
