"Stayed overnight here before taking the boat to Flåm. An easy walk from the station, and an equally easy walk to the quay next morning for an early boat. Nice location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Very good value and breakfast was superb. The room was spacious and very clean and a nice bathroom with very generous sized, nice quality towels. Highly recommend "

"A fantastic location in the heart of Bergen. The beds were comfortable and our room overlooked a courtyard that was so quiet. The staff was wonderful. The highlight was the extensive breakfast buffet. Fresh baked bread, cheese selection, frittata, vegetables, meats, yoghurt with every possible topping and finally an abundance of pastries. Of course juices and coffee. I could only manage to eat a portion of the extensive offerings."

"After long trip of Norway in the nutshell from Oslo to Bergen. It was so tired and when we reached Bergen train station, it was raining. The most amazing thing happened that the hotel is just beside the train station, less than a minute walk. The next amazing thing followed that the lovely staff upgraded my room to a brand new family suite. I totally enjoy my two nights stay here."
