"Positives: super clean, a plenty of good quality food, attentive staff. The spa was great. Negatives: website claims that the hotel is offering a free shuttle within 30 km radius. The only place where the shuttle goes twice a day, is a nearby mall. Also, the hotel is very far from the airport and the city, no uber or taxi will come to pick you up, so for all activities, you are dependent on the travel agency within the hotel. You can rent a car with a driver for the whole day, for example....

"The hotel was very clean. The staff through the hotel always said Hello, very friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was good, alot of choices. Beds were a little small( we had the 2 full beds). Wish they would go back to 2 queens in each room, more convenient with 3 people. All in all a great 2 day stay."
