Superbe

Un bel hébergement situé dans le beau petit village de Sabugueiro. Belle grandeur de chambre, bonne literie, SDB moderne et petit balcon agréable. Pas de climatisation. Stationnement gratuit sur place. Nous étions là en octobre (hors saison) alors nous devions aller à l'hôtel ( à 1 minute en auto) pour le petit déjeuner qui était excellent. Très bon service de tout le personnel. Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 6 nuits. Nous recommandons ce bel hébergement pour découvrir la région de la Serra Estrela, Seia et autres petits villages.

Magnifique établissement dans la Serra da Estrela. Chambre spacieuse. Très bon buffet petit-déjeuner. Restaurant dans l'hôtel pour le soir, sinon de bonnes adresses dans le village aussi. Point de départ idéal pour toute activité dans la Serra (randonnée, vélo).

Bom custo/benefício.

Recebi um upgrade na estadia, já havia me hospedado nesse hotel, porém em um outro prédio. Os aptos são semelhantes, só achei o apto situado no prédio principal muito mais barulhento durante a noite. O pequeno almoço continua bom, porém a oferta de variedades parece ter diminuido, tendo opções de isso ou aquilo, quem não conhece o que é ofertado pode não ter uma experiência boa. Em estadias anteriores serviam realmente um excelente pequeno almoço. Tudo é muito limpo e existe estacionamento próprio no local.

O hotel é fantástico, muito confortável!! Para mim foi surpreendente a atitude das recepcionistas que fizeram um upgrade sem eu nem mesmo solicitar, mas como eles tinham disponibilidade, foi oferecido!! Já no checkout, essas mesmas recepcionistas nos ofereceram um lembrança da região, traduzida em 3 pequenos potes de geleia da região da Serra da Estrela!

Lovely to find such an excellent property in such a small village. The room was clean and comfortable and provided terrific value. The restaurant was amazing for both dinner and breakfast. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Accommodation suitable for weekend skier

As soon as we saw the room we knew it was too small for us. We have large bags as we are travelling for a month and paint. There was no room for suitcases. The view was of other buildings. We spent an hour negotiating an upgrade to the main building.At f rust they insisted on €190 more for 2 nights. We finally reached a compromise. The key holder said the key worked for the pool. They insisted we pay €5 more to use the pool. The hotel restaurant posted a prim fixe for the first night. I assumed it was from lunch. The next morning I was. Assured the menu was for lunch and dinner. The waiter at dinner said this was not applicable when there were more people. We were a lone in the dining room but it was Friday night. Food was fine.The main hotel put us next to construction and drills It stopped by 6 pm.

Great stay

Great stay however think it's important to know that the room we booked wasn't in the main hotel but a couple of mins drive away, we were the only ones staying in this part of the hotel so had to use the main hotel for breakfast and there was no one at reception in our place. However the room was great, a little small but clean and modern with a good bathroom, for what we needed it was perfect. At busy times it looked like breakfast etc would be served here. For the price we felt like we got really great value for money. The area is beautiful and peaceful and the mountain air and views are perfect!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Be aware out of season the village is very quiet with only the hotel open for food not an issue as good food at non hotel prices but worth knowing before hand!
