Dear Sir/Madam,Thank you for your time to write and share this comment to us, this is very valuable for us to rectify our service and products which both will meet the customers needs.We have made some changes since beginning of this year such as adding more staff to look after all public area including the pool which is now much better. A little refurbishment in every room and general cleaning to every villa including its pool facility has been undertaken and believe this will look fresh. With regard to farmers motorized equipment, this is only happened once in every 4 months during cultivating season to prepare the planting. As we care of every review, we advise that some improvements have been made except electricity which will be completely done before summer this year hopefully, this has caused the air conditioners did not work optimal but temporarily we have switched off some un-necessary equipment in order the air conditioners work better.Hope we could still have the opportunity to serve you again when you next travel to Bali.Once again we appreciate your comments.Thank you and regards.
