The first room I got was filthy and wasn't safe as the safety latch was pulled away and the door handle was loose. The toilet shrieked for a minute after flushing. This is a very old hotel, there is not breakfast menu, you may go to the attached restaurant and purchase with a 10% discount, the air conditioning is like something I have not seen since the late 1970'a, no thermostat, a wall unit, with two dials

The Paramount Hotel
Overall great stay again, rooms very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the one working elevator out of the two.
