The Paramount Hotel
"The hotel was great. However, the elevator was down for a period of time. The hotel was available for assistance to help me with my luggage since I was on the 11th floor (top floor). They did fix the elevator in time for me to use it. The hotel restaurant was delicious too. I would come back again. ..."

"We traveled for a World Cup game and the front desk staff was great! They helped letting us know about the area and were very kind, and even helped scheduled transportation to the airport for us. "Bathroom could’ve used a little more attention to cleanliness. There was beard hair left around the sink. Also, reception area could use more employees to help with the traffic of people checking out in the mornings. There was a big line with only a couple people working."
