Hotels in Seaside, Santa Rosa Beach

"Beach view was perfect from the balcony, but the room was absolutely trash. You would think an owner would have more pride in their property and at least pressure wash the walkways. Every aspect of the room and the common areas were basically patched. Even the floor in room 633 had huge gouges like someone took a knife to it. The couch had large stains as well as the curtains. Even for the cheaper price you would think the owner would take care of their own property. We also smelled weed the entirety of our stay there. "

"The room was clean and comfortable! It was quiet and easy to access, plenty of parking available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are refrigerators and microwave’s in the room, no coffee maker but it’s readily available in the lobby. They do not have ice buckets in the room , but they are happy to provide them if you just ask!"

"My room overlooked the beach…very nice view! Bathroom was in need of desperate repair and cleaning! No housekeeping was done not one day of our stay. Stove burner was broken and asked for maintenance to repair it but they didn’t come to fix it! Room next door had dogs that barked especially at night when this is not a pet friendly hotel!!! Made several complaints about the barking dogs that was finally taken care of 2 days later! Had to make several trips to the main lobby to obtain fresh towels.. never came to take out trash so I had to remove it myself! Hot tub didn’t work… no jets working! Pool was not great as pool water looked very gray in color most of the days we were there..only one day the pool was clean! Very cheap hotel but not maintained well! The best part was the amazing view of the Gulf!"

"Plugs by bed did not work, plugs in bathroom did not work. Tub was nasty and had no hot water in the sink in bathroom. Hot tub benches were hard to sit on because they were so rough. Rules for hot tub need to be inforced kids were trying to swim the whole time and splashing everyone. One of our beds did not have a comforter had to ask several times for one. I have been staying at this hotel for 20+ years and never again unless they get everything in working order. Our room was in the garden area."
