Kid Friendly Hotels in Seaside

"We loved that they sold firewood and had everything you needed to have a fire on the beach, they even had chairs. The breakfast was good, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, muffins. Good coffee. Loved the patio to sit eat breakfast and watch the ocean. The bed was comfy. "

"Toilet was a little tight-right up against the counter. There’s an oder in hotel & room. Like it’s old wood. Bed was uncomfortable, can almost feel springs. "

"It won't blow you away with luxury but the location is close enough to the main drag that it works. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom fan wasn't functioning, that was probably the only downside. They have some kids sand toys they lend out and an area to hose down yourself and whatever else might be sandy on the side of the hotel. Easy walk to the beach and a great view from our room. Breakfast was good, pancake maker, sausage, eggs, potatoes, cereal, bagels/toast and some fruit. Pretty good value all things considered price wise. There's also an indoor pool/jacuzzi."

"Nice clean, spacious room with a great view of the river and town. Restaurants in Seaside are seemingly all tourist traps so the fully stocked kitchen was a godsend. My children loved the pool and hot tub, which had puddle jumpers and life vests available for non-swimmers to float around safely and independently meeting other kids so mom and dad can watch comfortably from the hot tub 5 feet away. What a relief for us to land here on a long road trip with no prior knowledge of Seaside!"

"Ocean front view and very easy access to promenade, beach, dining and shopping. Not very fond of the very tight parking situation though. Staff was very helpful and overall the property was very clean and refreshing."

"Unexpected rustic industrial decor, breakfast of yogurt, fruit, and croissant brought to the room, and plank flooring are some of the features that were very different from a chain hotel stay. Super clean room, comfortable bed and very nice staff. Location is great. "
