"The room was very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. There were also no odors, which is important to us as we are allergic to pets and dislike the smell of smoke. I personally liked that the room didn’t have carpeting as it made for a cleaner floor. The motel is on a semi busy street so there is some street noise but the motel was thoughtful enough to provide ear plugs for those who needed it. There are also limited parking spots that’s offered on a first come first served basis....

"This room was very disappointing. Immediately upon entering our room, the main overhead lights did not work along with the bedside lamps. Then, we noticed the deadbolt had by torn off from the outside and was missing. FYI, we are two people staying not the first floor. The toilet seat was also severely damaged along with the sink. Upon brining these issues to the attention of the from desk, they stated that there was nothing they could do as they were at full capacity. Also, they only now told...

"This is a budget hotel. The room was basic but clean. Nice shower. Great location. Very steep stairs. I would stay again if on a budget as good value for money."

"Will never be staying here again — got no sleep, the walls were paper thin. The rooms were super worn out that the walls were peeling and there was a lot of strange stains on the carpet. Someone even left a piece of gum in the floor that no one cleaned up. The staff was great, really friendly."

"The staff were rude and mean. They did not accept my son’s legal id from the state of Vermont until I got the police and Expedia involved. When we extended our reservation they refused to recognize it saying my son’s dad was not on the reservation (he was). They cancelled our reservation and said they are refunding our $ which I have not seen yet. I had to get Expedia involved again over this. A huge waste of time for a small, ill equipped dump."

"The absolute best bed & breakfast in San Francisco! Cleanest rooms, friendliest and most attentive staff, great location, most delicious breakfasts and snacks/baked goodies throughout the day. Our son graduated from USF this past Saturday and we’ve consistently stayed here. On our next trip to S.F., just to visit and explore more we’ll stay there again!"

"Small rooms with very limited parking. Although street parking is free on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) but finding a spot is challenge. No microwave in room. If you stay for more than 1 night they do clean rooms every day and replace all towels and do the bedding as well. Overall its a decent place to stay for the price. Pros:- Very close to golden gate, public transport is good, waterfront is close, lots of food option near by Cons:- Limited parking, No microwave, small room"
