We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! My only little gripe was that the ice-cube tray had the remnants of something orange in it. I would strongly recommend this hotel overall! N.B. If you're a light sleeper, just be warned that you can hear the town clock chiming. "

"A friend was looking after the property, she was Brilliant on the ball and great sense of humour. Knew what she was doing , checking in was a breeze. A loose screw on drapes popped off, we let house keeping know. It was fixed right away. Not first time stayed at this property. So, we will be back. 😀"
