"We booked our reservation in March of 2026. Paid in Full to stay at Parker Lodge. Drove 7 hours to get there just to be informed we couldn’t stay there due to an “emergency hot water issue”. I was not notified other than a message through Expedia at almost 6:00 the night before. I never saw it. No phone call, nothing. "Room was dirty, cobwebs, bugs, torn screen door simply lets more bugs in, room had musty odor, mold/rotted wood."

"Perfect for a family gathering - spring for the suites and stay at the Aiden portion of the property. The water park staff (except for one exceptionally rude bartender at the adult pool bar) were friendly, courteous and attentive to swimmers and all patrons. We will definitely be back."

Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!"

"I arrived at the property and was immediately disappointed. I didn't check -in. No elevator to the 2nd floor. I had several bags. The property looked run down. I was changing property due to a negative experience with another hotel. Sooooo disappointing because you cannot get a refund through Expedia. I will no longer use Expedia and other on-line booking outlets. Just cannot rely on the hotel ratings."

"We are in the vacation rental business as well and we just needed a one night as we were totally full in our vacation homes We’re looking for a hotel hotel here on Cape Pond is willing to deal with other owners of similar properties for discounts. Haven’t been able to find one.."

"Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

"Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. "The location was excellent! Convent to walk all over Main St and the harbor. The lighting needs to be upgraded in the sink are. It is not enoughignting to apply make up and do hair. Also there should be at least two chairs in the room, a small round table with two chairs."
