"Awesome breakfast, great location "

"Rooms, overall were clean. But could use a little more attention to details. Like bathroom door could have used a simple cleaner and wipe down to rid it of hand prints, etc. Trim boards around bathroom door should have gaps and nail holes caulked. Shower head needs replacing, lots of scale and rust on it. "

The indoor pool a plus in these cold months - The location was perfect as well—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. Your staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, and it did not go unnoticed. "I stayed 2 nights due to power outage following the blizzard of 26’. From booking to checkout the process was flawless. The manager was welcoming, courteous and efficient. Check in was about 5 minutes. My studio suite was clean, quiet, comfortable and so cozy warm. Awesome after two days of no power. I told the manager I would recommend the Holly Tree Resort to friends and relatives visiting the Cape."

"The check in attendent gave us wrong directions to the best place to park for our room. Therefore, we had many stairs to climb and a longer walk to our room than was necessary. We did not discover the easier way to our room for two days. The room was nice and clean but also had a lot of stairs to climb. We would not have stayed there if I had know about the many staircases. "
