"Such a lovely spot to sit out side, watch and hear the ocean. Very lush, surrounded by beautiful trees. They had a room they were helping the monarch butterflies along. It was beautiful to see and hold the butterflies. Nice fridge with proper freezer. We had a towel warmer in the bathroom . Very peaceful and serene just what I wanted! We will return "

If you’re ok with spending thousands on a suite and sharing walls that are incredibly thin with your neighbors who will have you up from 12am-5am partying on the weekends then this is the place for you. "We enjoyed our stay at the Inn. It is charming and is in a good location in Capitola. It’s very quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated. We loved the personalized breakfast that is served to every guest and the thoughtful details, including fresh baked cookies. We liked meeting the owner and were happy to support a local business vs. a chain. The only place they missed the mark is that there was no soap in the bathroom and the shower pressure was weak and the temperature was tepid. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"The best part is the location to the beach. The inside of our room was wonderful, but even though a kitchenette is offered, there is no silverware or plates, or cookware, and just a couple of random cups and glasses. You practically have to pack your luggage as if you are camping in the woods. They will happily rent you those items.. Pay attention to how they collect their deposit. Normally a hotel will put a hold on the deposit but this hotel actually charges the deposit per night! which takes longer for it to drop off. The television didn’t work the coffee maker didn’t work and the key entry was a chore. "
