"We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Staff are very attentive and nothing is too much to ask. The hotel was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast time was not too busy and very relaxing. Beautiful outside pool surrounded by palm trees. We stayed in three different hotels during our two week trip to Vietnam, and this hotel was the best. The beach and sun loungers were absolutely amazing and never had an issue finding a space at the beach. It can get windy at the beach, so might not be suitable for young children. We got a sea view bedroom and it was beautiful. Big bed and spacious bathroom. The room a full sea view and at night you can see hundreds of fishing boat lights in the sea. There was balcony with seating and a table. The hotel had a gym, however it was very basic. I "

"The entire friendly (special recognition to Thang the pool lifeguard is super friendly and sweet) the staff made our stay easy and friendly. The entire hotel property is in excellent condition. All our requests from poolside drinks and food to restocking our room with extra bottled water was meet with a positive, friendly yes. Love every evening chocolate, short Vietnamese tales reading and bedtime preparation touches. "

"Employees attitude were good and polite but lack of expertise skill especially when it comes to solve the potentials escalations! Properties & facilities were old and poorly maintenance. My room smell like mossy, the main dining room was handicap inaccessible, my room keys weren’t activated when checked in, you only have one key per room for 2 people! The balcony locks were something old and rusty hang up on a screw driver and it was not safety at all! Main dining room with a poor selections of food..! I do not recommend to stay at this property!"
