"Staff was great but had roaches in bed and bathroom, had to get help with tv and tv went out and didn’t come back out."

"When we arrived, the room wasn't clean, but we were immediately assigned another one; in the new room, the tv and the lamps didn't work, but again, everything was quickly resolved. Breakfast ends at 8:00 AM-which seems very early to me, though it was fine- and the coffee and waffles were especially good. My boys enjoyed it. We got up earlier and made the most of the day. The staff was definitely very friendly, which gives us the confidence to return."
