"Clean rooms and accessible areas of the hotel. Meals taken were well prepared and appetising. Overall staff were pleasant and cooperative. Two of the staff were however outstanding and actually have improved the rating of the hotel and service. The Maitre d’, Enrico, fulfilled his role with an easy competency and professionalism. His explanations of Italian lifestyle and culinary delights were a joy. The acme of guest relationship was presented by the receptionist, Jessica. What a find she is...
