"Location was great, lots to do and the hotel is clean and well equipped with what you’d need otherwise you’ll find things all around. All the staff were fantastic but I want to give a special mention to Alyssa, when my AC went out she sprung into action fast and made sure I was made comfortable. It’s wonderful that Hyatt hires people they trust and you’re not waiting on some chain to decide if I can have AC or not. Super happy with my experience and will be back! "

"Customer service was top tier ! Hotel had everything I didn’t need to leave if I didn’t want to . Casino and multiple restaurants inside and you can’t get to the elevator to the hotel without showing your key card made me feel really safe "
