"When I checked in I had already paid for the room through Expedia. When I went to the counter the first person was very rude due to an incident fee that was required that I was not made aware of beforehand. Charges were declined through my card due to the first charge and no exceptions were allowed. I was stuck in the middle of Florida with nowhere to go. Later the second person was so much more willing to take the extra steps to help me out and everything cleared. The remaining stay was...

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with my room but it was resolved very quickly. The room was functional and cozy. I love the full size fridge and kitchen area. The coffee machine makes freshly brewed coffee at the touch of a button. They even had free washers and dryers! The room was extremely quiet and I didn't hear a single person during the night. I will definitely stay here again."
