"My husband and I recently stayed at 1 Hotel Toronto for a one-night getaway from our kids, and while the hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, our overall experience was disappointing. I booked the Skyline View Suite based on the photos advertised. Unfortunately, the room we received did not match the photos. It was missing features shown online, including the desk, and the "skyline view" was quite misleading. Only about a quarter of the view actually overlooked the skyline, while the rest...

"Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We only wished we knew beforehand that we had to book the pool in advanced. It was too short noticed to have a time slot of four people to use the pool."

"The location is good, but the car par is horrible. If you are driving a big vehicle, please be careful. The bed is ok but the bed frame is really bad. When you turn, there is a squeaky sound. Also, one early morning, there was an un-respectful family. The kids was shouting outside and open and close the door. It woke my whole family up. By the way, the door was so loud when open and close."

"The rooms were nice and the electronic modern features were nice. However, the major massive oversight on this property was that they traded beauty and style for comfort with mattresses was good but the frame of the bed itself when you move it creeks significantly. This is a huge oversight on the company and I brought it to the attention of the management. They said they did what they could to fix it, but it really wasn’t fixed and at every movement over the night by you could hear your partner...

"The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and competent. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning artwork throughout. The valet service was smooth and efficient. We also tried the happy hour snack menu, and we liked everything. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again."
