"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The pools are lovely. The location is good as a base for exploring the Gargano, and although not on the beach, the shuttle bus does the job well. If you’re English I’d strongly suggest avoiding the most budget room as it’s really hot, the accommodation doesn’t have air conditioning, which isn’t a problem in most rooms, but the cheapest one was baking all day and night, we felt we had to ask for an upgrade. "The room was clean and perfect. We had to wait the staff for checkin despite the fact that we gave the time of arrival. Also the price I paid included the breakfast but the host said it was not and did provide breakfast next morning. I provided him the booking receipt details showing that the breakfast included. I also reported this to expedia help desk same day, but I was told that they could not communicate with the host due to English barrier. "
