"There is construction happening on the property. The front entrance was blocked and I found out after I arrived. This was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at. When I arrived, I was so confused how I was going to even enter the building and tried contacting them so many times to no avail. The rest of the stay was equally horrible because the construction would wake me up every morning and go on throughout the day making it impossible to rest properly. "I loved staying here. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooms clean. Parking was a little confusing (you need to reserve it ahead of time if you need it), but we used a nearby parking garage for an affordable rate, and used the public transit the whole time we were in Vienna. I would stay here again! Also loved how quiet it was in the evening and early morning. "
