"Very good in all respects."

"Spent 3 nights at the Hampton during Eurovision week. Hotel itself was clean and had what we wanted. Breakfast is included and although busy there is loads of seating - you might just have to wait a few mins for a waffle to cook. Location was excellent for us - 2 mins walk to green/brown underground lines - was only 5 mins to stadthalle and about 10 mins into centre of the city. Even getting back from stadthalle was very easy - we were back in the room 20 mins after the performance finished. I’d stay here again for another Vienna visit - there aren’t a huge amount of local restaurants but given how quick into city that didn’t matter for us."

"Amazing location. Super close to the train station and trams. It's a residential area, so definately quieter. I loved that! I saw almost no staff except for the housekeeper and the security man at night. But the instructions about checking in and out were clear and simple. Very modern apartments, very clean and new! Incredibly comfortable bed, and beautifully decorated. I got the booking a couple of months ahead of time and compared to other hotels, it had a great price. I would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend it!"

"I wish every hotel was lien this one. Spotlessly clean, well-located, easy check-in, fast responses via WhatsApp from Limehomes. Above all, the hotel was absolutely quiet. I slept like a baby on the very comfortable bedding. There are bakeries and restaurants right downstairs, and the Palace in a two-minute walk away. The underground station is also nearby. Plus two grocery stores within a one-minute walk! Highly, highly recommended. "

"Great location next to Westbahnhof but far enough from all the noise. Mariahilfer street with all the shopping takes you to the heart of Vienna in 20 minutes. Rooms perfectly clean and rather new but basic and small. Breakfast good."

"We had a slight hiccup with check in but only because hotels.com did something weird on their end. Receptionist was able to figure it out and got us squared away. Breakfast buffet was good and our room was clean and comfy. Would stay here again."

"It was a nice stay for me and my wife. Very central and convenient location. Bathroom is gorgeous with a nice free-standing bathtub that my wife enjoyed. It’s an older building and floors throughout our room were very squeaky. Bed was ok. Breakfast was really good. I would probably stay there again."

"My expedia confirmation said checkout was 12, but on arrival the hotel said it was 11. I told the front desk this, but they didn't seem bothered and just said it was wrong on Expedia. It was a bit annoying as we had planned our onward trains based on midday checkout. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the sauna in the gym. It is at least 30mins by bus from the main tourist areas, but we knew this when booking. The big issue was that the lifts were broken for most of our stay. It was annoying to walk up 4 flights of stairs, however the main issue was the entrance to these stairs were outside. They propped the door open and so anyone on the street could have wandered onto the guest floors. They should have had a staff member there checking people had room cards to come in. Very unsafe. I also feel like they should have made an effort to apologise to guests (maybe offer a free drink? Or at least a message under the door). All they did was put a sign on the lifts. Another issue was the cleaners took all our towels away and didn't replace them. No one from reception answers the phone ever (we tried on several days for different reasons, and no one ever answered), so we had to go back up and down 3 flights of stairs to get towels from the gym. Also we had spiders in our bathroom despite being on the fourth floor, which we think is because there is a big gap under the sink which hasn't been blocked off."
