"Everything was amazing "

"We booked a short break to Vienna. We Had visited Vienna many years ago so it was nice to see it again. We were so lucky in our choice of hotel, from when we entered to when we left the staff were so nice and welcoming. Our room was on the 7th floor with excellent views across the city. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The reception staff were a great source of inspiration for what to see and places to go. Boris was very friendly behind the bar and all the breakfast staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay more memorable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and everything was replenished quickly. The hotel is minutes from the underground train and has a Spar supermarket around the corner for anything you forgot to bring. We were so lucky with the weather and we had a wonderful time. A huge thank you to everyone at the Leonardo Hotel and we look forward to coming back. We have already recommended the hotel to friends."

"Extremely clean and comfortable room. Easy access despite not being close to tourist attractions, as it has many public transport options. Excellent breakfast. Impeccable staff. The only point that deserves more attention from the hotel is the Wi-Fi. It worked well on the first day, but failed on subsequent days. Apart from that, it's excellent."

"Even though there was no reception, it was easy to access the building and the room. Great location close to the palace in a very nice neighborhood. It was about 5 mins away from the station. The room was larger I was expecting. Didn't use the kitchen but all the utensils to cook were present. It. We would definitely book it next time we visit Vienna. "
