"Beautiful location with our rooms looking over Lake Luzern. Friendly staff and good breakfast. On the bus line so very easy to get into Old Town. My only complaint is no air conditioning. There is a fan but it was noisy. We opened a window by the street noise was also loud. We were there in cool weather so summer must be very hot in the rooms"

"Place was beautiful, clean, located right near the lake for great views, and only a few minutes walk to Chapel Bridge and all the main shops. I only give it a 4 out of 5 because almost nothing gets a 5. Either way, I would definitely stay here again!"

"10/10! Stunning property, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast . Stellar location. Very happy with this hotel. We got here very early and were so jet lagged . Fell asleep in the second floor lounge area and the front desk staff came to find us and tell us our room was ready so we could go have a nap . Room was clean. Little treat on our bed and some nespresso coffee. Shower was lovely, room is soundproofed from the noise of downtown. Blackout shades as well for a nice sleep. Fan to cool off if...
