"I booked here through Expedia, they sent me a cancelation email from the property, and therefore I booked through a different hotel. The hotel still charged me, and refused to assist me even after providing proof that an email was provided of the cancelation. This is terrible customer service, I even called the property directly and they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again, for the lack of assistance."

"It is clean breakfast was good staff is good In total we don’t need more than that. The only thing that I would like to see is a coffee stand available 24/7 (with a fee or not). The hotel has critical hrs (9-11am) that no where to get coffee. Most of guests leave the or leave to work . And at night after 11pm to 6:30am . No coffee for the road. Too bad!!!"

"It was the worst handicap parking that I’ve ever seen at any hotel. There were only two parking slots at eachend of the hotel. These parking spots were a good half a block away from the entrance while there were at least 10 parking spots right next to the entrance for regular customers. Not only that but you had to pay $33 a night for parking. I won’t stay there again.
