"The room was clean. There's a mini fridge. There were no outlets near the bed so you can only charge your phone at the desk. The shower was decently sized, but there are no shelves in the shower so you have to keep your toiletries on the sink counter outside of the shower. Location is good, 15 min walk to the bus/train station and 10 min walk to the city centre. Despite being next to the hospital, there was no noise from the ambulance. There's also an Aldi next door. Breakfast was okay, mostly cold breakfast. The breakfast area is small, but I never had an issue getting a seat."

"Fantastic staff - friendly, great sense of humor and very engaging. Breakfast was one of the best we had in a 3 week trip through the area. Great variety. Food quality was quite good. Staff was very attentive. They coordinated parking for our rental right across the street. About 50 feet away. And competitive pricing. Facility was quite clean. We checked out for a very early flight at about 3AM. They offered us a box lunch which was very good. Great people and supervision. Students working the front desk. Engaging and happy. Great work everyone."

"Room was clean, bathroom had a bit of a smell maybe because of the drain but the moment I put some water it was OK. Breakfast was a great spread. Parking was free during the weekend just 50m from the property. Overall very comfortable stay"

"Only complaint would be the parking. We got the last spot and many guests we spoke to did not get parking in there. It was very very tight. And we paid 50 CAD to the hotel....for 1 night parking. Other than that location was great, staff helpful, rooms clean"
