"The room was very clean, fully equipped, and in a good position to reach the city center by walking. We got two main issues: 1: Communication poor and inefficace. We got a not-working link to complete the check-in. We tried different ways to get in contact with the structure: mail, Whatsapp, telephone. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...

"The apartment was fine, kitchen, bed and bathroom are fine. Lots of towels which is nice. The only strange thing was that we booked an apartment that had a specific location that we chose because it was convenient and safe.
