"Old tile flooring is Noisy. Hallways and above beds All Tile. No Soundproofing. Could hear people Above! Furniture and Baths Old/Dated. How does this get 4 Stars? For $350 not worth the price but a very good location that you can walk to town. Pool was full of children."
