"This establishment should not be able to operate. The condition of the place is very bad: there was no water, the toilet is broken, the shower wires were exposed, there was a whole in the wall next to the bed and all of this happens at the best room they have available, normally at 40 USD per night. This place has not been properly maintained in years. I left the place as soon as I could."

"When we arrived, the staff did not seem to know of our booking and we had to show the confirmation email from hotels.com to evidence the booking. Then they showed us to three different rooms, the first two not being at all what we’d booked so we rejected them - the third was closest so by this point we just took the room.
