We would return.

We were only there for one night. However, the hotel was very convenient, near the airport and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was substantially better than in years past. The food was fresh and hot. The staff were excellent--friendly, helpful, and available.

My issue is the staff did not return the deposit..i was told initially i will receive the deposit within 7-10 business days.. at that point i was instructed to contact cust serv. But the # rings once then disconnects.. i have yet to receive my deposit and will not return to this location

Hyatt Place Savannah Airport is our first choice

The staff here is quite literally the friendliest of any hotel I have stayed at in the past 5 years. And i'm not saying that i've had bad staff or service elsewhere. It is just that everyone here genuinely seems to care about their job, greeting us with smiles whether it is 12:30am or 8:30am. We stayed here on our halfway to Orlando several times now, and we will continue to choose this location when possible.

Our room had a couple lights/outlets that didn’t work which was hard to enjoy reading at night and we couldn’t use the blow dryer in the bathroom. Other than that the room was nice and we really liked that it was big! The staff was great! Very friendly and accommodating with anything we needed.
