"Love the old building, such a great piece of history for Berkeley. The architecture and pool were amazing. Plus the little quiet green space courtyard. Staff all very friendly. The room was comfortable and quaint. Great location too. Only downside was construction a few doors down, which started very early. And some college kids doing some workout chanting at 6:30 but you can’t fault the property for those. "

"We stayed at the Triton for about three evenings. The location is great! It is right across the street from Chinatown. It was also easy to get to Fisherman's Wharf, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Ferry terminals, and Japantown via Waymo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only heads-up I'd give is that you shouldn't expect a room with a view. "
