When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. "Astronomical prices for an average hotel. The bathroom wasn't super clean and it was super uncomfortable. What is worst that hidden fees were held from my account without my authorization or any logic behind it. We are talking about almost $400 held in between 2 days besides with no prior communication or explanation. The people at the front desk were dismissive. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. "

"Normally don’t stay at large resorts but this one was beautiful. Just a warning you will do a lot of walking and waking up early to grab seats. The food was just okay It was very pricey if your used to going to an all inclusive be prepared to spend an additional 2 grand on food."

Close to West Bay Street, The Fish Fry maket, restaurant is pretty close specially if you like walking. In the evening they have a lovely atmosphere and great opportunities to meet other travelers. "Everything was as expected. Nothing exceptional, but very nice, rooms were clean. The fact that my safe was opened and my passports taken along with almost $1100.00 in cash ruined anything nice I could say about the resort. The security could not care less and only until I threatened to call the police did they miraculously find our passports, no money though. Will not be back"
