In the middle of a total renovation. Pool and hot tub not available to guests. Check in is a side room as lobby is under construction. Rooms were clean in spite of the disaster throughout the hotel. Should be impressive once construction is completed later this summer/fall.

The most difficult part of this renovation has been getting the notices up prominently enough for people to see. The property was under construction. We were not made aware of this before our arrival. The pool and excerise rooms were not open. We were not made aware of this before our arrival. We were still charged a high price and then $25 encase there were damages from us . That money has still not been refunded to me.

Mollie, I am so sorry that you were disappointed in your recent stay. We have done our best to post notifications on the websites regarding renovations. The 25.00 authorization should have fallen off of your card within a few days of check-out provided you didn't make any long distance phone calls from the rooms phone, or anything else that may have posted against it. I hope you will give us another chance once renovations are completed
They are remodeling which is great but they do not have their registration together at all.

Staff was wonderful. My only complaint would be the complaint every woman would/should have is the split toilet seat!! So annoying

Room was nice and clean. Exterior of property needs work. Pool room super warm (no AC), pool had to much chlorine in it and made eyes water. Hot tub was broken. When asked about security cameras outdoor, because of concerns for exterior appearance, staff laughed at us and told us no.

My room had perhaps the loudest air conditioner ever. I have a long drive tommorow and I cannot sleep. I do not know why this hotel has such good reviews. It is dated and is not worth the high price we paid for tonight.
Hotel was not very clean and the room smelled like marijuana. Management was unhelpful and would not let us change rooms and did not bring any air freshener or anything to help with the issue. Hot tub was broken, pool area looked dirty, overall unpleasant stay and would not recommend.
this is the second time I stayed here. first time since that covid lock down. the pet friendly policy is a bit extreme at $50 A NIGHT PER PET... considering that they no longer clean the rooms on a daily basis. but overall the staff and stay was very good.
