"The bathroom was very dated with a very large awkward non working jetted garden tub. We requested a different room because this was difficult to get in and out of. It has a high pony wall . I am short, my husband has a bad knee. It was a real safety problem. We politely asked to change rooms and were denied that request multiple times.
