Amazing stay, amazing hotel, very clean, beds very comfy, kids loved the indoor pool very clean, we noticed the outside grills and seating area outside the pool room which we will deff use next time to grill some steaks! The breakfast was very good and well stocked, the eggs could be a little less watered down but overall everything was amazing.

Good location and no issue at all with our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Only real disappointment was the pool was actually very cold and couldn't enjoy it Even with the heat and humidity. All in all, was a pleasant experience

I have to say the ladies in the front desk are sweet, accommodating, helpful, and take care of their guests especially Nana. I found the service 5 stars and the free breakfast satisfying. I will definitely return due to the amazing service and location. The beds we’re comfortable. However, the rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning.

Not perfect but not too bad

The service was very good. We had to change rooms because our TV did not work but the staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was very nice. Our only other issue was not great water pressure and in the morning there was no hot water to shower.

The stay was good. What I did not like was we stay there 4 days and 3 nights. Housekeeping NEVER came in our room. We had to go empty our trash can in our room. We had to ask for towels each day we were there. The front desk people were very helpfull.

The staff was super nice! Each person we came in contact with was very hospitable and courteous to both me and my kids. The hotel itself could use a renovation. It smells moldy and the shower in our room may be considered a hazard. The shower pan was visibly pulling away from the wall/floor. But, again the staff was amazing! From the front desk to the breakfast folks to the cleaning crew. Super nice folks!

So booked this hotel based on the amenities...i have kids and the just got out of school wanted a little break from the weather too.I booked it with indoor pool for that reason.I was soooo upset that they dodnt inform me or sent a email stating that their pool was out of service(heater wasnt working) alsoooo the wifi was out.... Horrible experience with the hotel itself. Staff was fine (its not their fault) Beds were sooo uncomfortable Room was not clean at all Sorry but for the rating that it has wasnt worth it
